Michael Ashley was born and raised near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended college at UW-Madison before moving to New York to teach. He now lives, works, and runs in The Bronx. If you catch him on the street he's probably playing Pokemon Go, even though it stopped being 'cool' years ago. He is a lover of comics (Marvel over DC, but he mostly reads Image comics) and player of board games (he dares you to challenge him to any game of your choosing).
