Treasurer’s Report:

 As of today there is $1,403.

Teachers' report:

-9 days from marking period, teachers focused on getting students to turn in assignments so grades are maximized before marking period one ends

-October testing month:  PSAT, SAT, 

-Sports transition from fall sports to winter sports in the next few weeks such as basketball

-Boo fest was a major event

-School store launched and students happy they get to buy snacks

Principal’s Report

-Boo Fest opened to the entire community-whole campus close to 400 students and parents-mainly student led-parents helping out-raised close to 500 dollars

New Business:  

-Approached by coaches so PTA can sell concessions, plan to do it again like they did at homecoming, November 9th support, sold water, energy drinks, Gatorade, water, and other snacks, Asking for $200 to sell things at the event

Motioned: Second

$200 approved for fundraiser

-Basketball coach needs support for December 5th. Fundraiser to sell pom poms and other school spirit items. Asking for $300.

-We will approve for the girls team during the next meeting

-Family Paint and Sip with apple cider for a date to be determined and we will ask for approval for a budget during another meeting.
